Hello, Hello, Hello!
Welcome to the information website for the roleplay board, 'Blood Beneath the Roses'! Or the shorter name simply being, 'Bloodied Roses'. We decided that, to attract more members, we should set something up where everyone can read all about the place. This would be far easier than each individual member trying to sum up the whole meaning of the forum by themself.
On to the information now!
Requirements
At the moment, there really are no requirements to join. We're just inviting anyone who'd care to roleplay some monsters! However if you do join, if you'd like to stay please follow the rules that are stated below. The forum, is, however, mainly for those who are skilled at roleplaying. Moderately talentled roleplayers are welcome, but if you have beginner level skills, we ask that you please touch them up before joining us.
Later, when more members have joined, we will up the standards, maybe requiring appplications to join... I guess it'll depend. We'll cross that bridge when we get there.

Hello again
We've moved! Because Taairy has decided she wants to be more active in her real life, her activity on here will be dwindiling, so she's given the wheel to me, though has stated she'll be checking in every so often to make sure all is going smoothly. Now, please feel free to join the new board, as still most of our old members have not done so, and things are rather quiet there! Hope to see you soon~

Hey everyone
We're at 17 members now and still growing! We've got over 1,000 posts combined! Roleplays are soaring, characters are coming along fairly well, in general the site seems to be flourishing. Taa told me that she was planning on creating a DA account for us in April sometime, though I've yet to have that confirmed. We're trying to make boards guest friendly to let other affiliate/advertize in them, but so far iforums has been proving troublesome. We'll work it out eventually. That's about it for right now, not a whole lot besides RP going on. Feel free to come and check us out, we love getting new members!

Hey guys! It's Lupus, or Venn, as I'm also commonly known.
Roleplay is going very well, we've got a couple of boards up. 11 members now, which is awesome. Got tons of characters, some really intense plots going, it's really cool. We're still organizing things and coming up with ideas... it'll probably be a little longer until everything's more organized. We've gotta wait for Taa to find some free time in her busy life. Everything is still open for suggestion and anyone is allowed to give an opinion. Blooded Roses is a very laid back place, we're all very friendly (but very literate!) and love helping others. Come on over to see what's happening!

4. No asking for identifying information, please, unless the one being asked is willing to give it away. (especially don't ask for addresses or telephone numbers!)

*GM= Godmodding is when you 'cheat' when roleplaying with other players. You take advantage of them, let your characters do unfair things to other players. An example of this could be having a char that is "invincible", giving them total control over the game and everyone. This is unfair, and makes for a boring roleplay. If you're still confused on this, please mail Venn for more detail
**PP= poweplaying would be when someone plays another character, one that is not their own. Say two characters are in a fight, then one of the people starts playing the other character... like so: (player1: Greyfur jumped at Blackclaw Player2: Blackclaw dodged and swiped at greyfur Player1: Greyfur dodged, and attacked Blackclaw, and Blackclaw screamed "help!" before getting up and running away.) so you see, Player 1 started to play a character that wasn't theirs. Plot
no general plot, just lots of little things going their own way. I personally think things are more fun that way, actually~
